Pretty simple to use.

This app never works. I like to order food for my clients and they enjoy the restaurant but it’s impossible to order. The app does not let me place my order and I’ve checked for updates but the app doesn’t require it. Don’t download

Giancarlo is an exemplary and excellent server. He was attentive and very pleasant. You need more like him.

I loaded this app primarily to try to keep track of e-gift cards and to use them to pay in restaurant. It’s hard to keep track of store specific gift cards on paper. Hopefully this feature can be added in the future. Deleting app.

I’m unable to even login into the mobile app now.

To this day, I still can’t order through the app. Always get an error when placing an order. Always have to go to a family member who uses Android to place an order.

Their app is AWFUL! When I am there, I can’t always get my bill or pay it. Also, I have gotten jipped on my reward point several times! They tell you to wait a few days . . . And submit your receipt and NO the app still doesn’t give you credit!

App only works when you are inside BJ’s on their WiFi. Pointless.

I use to love the app by making it easier to order but recently it does not allow me to process my payment. Turns out, I need to call and reorder my order just to pick up.

Used to order once a month, now the new app won’t work. Sorry, lost a customer.

I just sent an excellent review a few minutes ago but I need to correct the date of my party. It was April 6, my retirement/ birthday. Again excellent delicious food . Great service and very reasonable price . I highly recommend Bjs.

New app update is not supported by my phone. Now I’m stuck with rewards I can’t access.

It won’t let me use app yet it says you can use older version of app but it won’t let me it keeps saying upgrade but I can’t

Restaurants didn’t have apps in the 1980s but if they did it would look like this. Horrible UX. Buttons don’t work. Terrible.

As of 4/12/25 the current BJ’s sw release does not work on my iPhone 14 Pro ….always stays stuck on “upgrade”

If you’re hungry and looking to get dinner ordered fast, then this is not the app for you. Do yourself a favor; if you’d like this restaurant, call them and talk to a real person because whoever wrote this app is unqualified and horrible at their job. Be prepared to quit out of the app multiple times just to get the menu to load. So much else to say, but I don’t care to take the time to say it. Avoid this app.

My iphone is only 5 years old. The app won't work now without being updated, and I can not update it on my phone. Old version should continue to work!!!

App used to load , not it gives an update error

Good app but won’t use it at happy hour, will only allow you to tip based on retail amount and not happy hour pricing.

I launched the app and got a screen “inviting” me to upgrade to v4.7.2 of the app. No choice given. I click and download, only to realize it requires iOS 17.6. I’ve got an older iPhone which doesn’t support 17.6, so now I’m locked out of the app until I buy a new phone. Guess I’ll have a Double-double, instead…

Trash! Won’t work unless you have upgraded iOS.

Note wants the phone to upgrade a new version but I do not think it did. Present app on phone will not open and is unusable. Not a good job this time.

We had the trio appetizer, a children’s corn dog and two $13 pazookie meals. They were all good.

I dont have the newest version of the app but your developer is insisting I get the newest version which I can’t download the upgraded version. Why can’t u let me have the option to keep the older version rather than make my ability to use the app inoperable to all those who don’t have the newest version of Apple iPhone.

I have tried to order from BJs app more times than I ever should have. Usually, one or two screw-ups are expected in today’s world but this place simply can’t get anything right. Today order was placed at 2:00 pm. Confirmation received and updates will be sent via text. After 45 minutes (15 past delivery time) I call to find out the order never even made it back to the kitchen. My $105 payment made it to them but the order is showing on a screen and hasn’t rounded first to start being prepared. And what am I told? It should be gong back any minute. They had no idea it had been setting there for 45 minutes until I told the and I got a “wow” response. Asked if I wanted to speak to a manager but I have done that route before and their hands are tied. Just a horrible app and ordering experience from a place I used to really enjoy.

Easy to pay on the app removing the step of them taking your card and working out tip!

It is terrible to create an app that only runs on the latest iOS! I am now locked out of the app because my phone won’t upgrade to iOS 17!

I have loaded the update and every time I open it there is a request to update. Cannot get past the update to use the app.

No matter how many times I tried to reset my password I couldn’t get past the robot test. I guess that means I am a robot.

The email associated with my account is no longer in use, but I can’t find anywhere on the app to update my email.

I have an iPhone 8 & the app isn’t allowing me to update because I don’t have a newer phone. What gives…. How do I update

Love using this so. Gives you all the selection choices & change if needed. I’m here almost weekly because of the ease of use & it remembers for me

The app would not allow me to use my signup reward. I’ve had the app for 3 years and the reward expires 2050, but every time I try to use it I can’t.

So close, but the app fails like 50% of the time. Coupons that can’t be used, checks that can’t be found, table scans that don’t work…. I could go on.

The app now always prompts me for an upgrade, not allowing me to use the app, and forces me to go to the App Store. Once there, I’m informed that the new version requires iOS 17, which my iPhone X running iOS 16.7.10 doesn’t support. Would be nice to let me keep using the older version of the app on iOS 16.

The app has been broken for months. Used to work great, now can’t get past the first screen and I’ve been trying for months. (I have an Apple 8plus, iOS 16.7.10 if that helps you developers).

Your app leaves a lot to be desired. It’s like being on a merry go round and you can’t get off. I ordered the first time and it somehow doubled the order. Upon calling the restaurant I spoke to an Assistant Manager who said that I had to log off and then back on. That didn’t work as now I had a triple order. Very frustrating!!! I then logged out again and ordered again but it won’t let me pay !!!!!

While I enjoyed BJs it now time to say goodbye. Their rewards app will only support iOS 17 and I have iOS 16

Return the functionality of the application to what it was and test it before making a blanket required change. I’m a good customer.

App keeps kicking you out. When you try and order it tells you there is an error when you go to check out. Very frustrating.

The app is too heavy for the phone to carry on its shoulders during dining. It hurts their backs. It’s just got too much going on and glitches a lot and spins that pizza a lot.

This app can be decent enough to work and pay my bill. However, I can’t when they provide WiFi that’s so terrible that I can even connect to pay my bill on the app. C’mon Bjs. Update your WiFi/modem/connection to at least be able to pay the bill. Love ya, but I don’t when you’re so complicated to pay! 💔

This app use to work perfectly fine with my iPhone at first. Now it won’t let me use the app at all because it says my phone is too old and needs to be updated. I’m not buying a new phone jus to use this app. None of my other apps have this issue. Frustrating.
