Terrible
While waiting at the drs my kids were starving so we ordered ahead using the app to save time. I get the email with a list of everything we ordered, it was correct. We get to BJs and check in, we were on the waiting list. We take our seats and they bring out our drinks. After waiting a bit they brought out three plates then my pizza and set it in the middle of the table. The waitress comes by and asks how the meal is and I note that we are still waiting for the kids two pizzas. She tells me that is all that was on the order. I point to the print out on the table showing everything. She went and got the manager, he had no idea what had happened. He had the printout from the front and was comparing it the printout the kitchen got. Half of what we ordered was missing. Of course he apologized and had my kids pizza made but it took a long time and since both of my kids need gluten free pizzas they couldnt eat any of mine. The deserts were not exactly what I had ordered either. The system behind this app has major problems. I see now from other reviews others are having problems as well. Use the app to get on the waiting list and see how long the wait is, dont order anything with it.
