The app is broken, won't allow me to login. So frustrating! If I use the "find account" it located my account, but when I put in my password it says wrong email address. It's not. Can't find a number to get support either.

I love the restaurant but the app could use some updates... 1. The app logs me out every so often. I use random passwords from Lastpass for all of my accounts and this app doesnt allow me to paste a password that I copied from Lastpass. Please fix the log out problem and allow users to paste a password into the password field at login 2. The iPhone 6/6s has been out almost two years but this app hasnt been updated to scale to the new size screens. Please fix

I get emails with special deals when you use the app but they never work! Once I got charged 3 times for the same meal and it took 2 weeks to get reimbursed. Most of the time, I have to get the manager to fix my check. Somebody at their corporate offices needs to spend some time getting the app redesigned!

I frequent Bjs and this app has paid off. I always know when they have buy one get one free entrees. I even got $25 off my meal recently. Bjs can be affordable if you know when the deals are happening and this keeps me in the know.

Old app worked. This one doesnt. I cant access anything. :(

Cant get in.

This app was great, but the latest build crashes every time I try to open it. That makes it useless, and while Im on a 5s it should still work. This version needs to be pulled from the app store.

Thats free marketing. It really works in your favor. Yet "Error. Address not verified." How can you verify it if I cant even save it? The app is pretty bad, but at least it carries my card so I dont have to. But thats not even enough to take the app past one star. At least your restaurant and your service are 5 stars.

Cannot use app with new update

Could not use mobile pay and could not check in to the wait list with this last update.

Spent 45 Minutes, while in BJs, downloading app only to be disappointed when I wasnt able to create an account. It would not move off the current date in the birthday section. Creators should test app before going live. Looks bad on restaurant when they are pushing for app to be used.

On iPhone 5s with iOS 9. App will open but immediately crashes. This needs to be fixed!! Tried to use it tonight to pay but couldnt. Had to revert to the 2000s and pull out the debit card. What a PITA.

Not the best layout, a bit confusing, but the main problem is that it crashes constantly. I cant use the app because whenever I try to make to do anything it just closes out, or it says the restaurant is not open - when it obviously is.

Worst app Ive ever used. Mobile pay wouldnt work. Account lookup has a bug. I work for a software company. This stuff is not rocket science. You guys should not have launched an app that doesnt work. Even the waitstaff was lost!

App is buggy and slow. And no more Apple Pay!! Im so disappointed that they took that out!

Still no excuse for dropping Apple Pay. Still vastly slower than when the app was new. Prepare to fall asleep staring at a pizza icon while waiting for anything to happen. Getting a check is faster than trying to use the app. The only saving grace is rewards sign-in with table number.

The app doesnt even let me login. Not optimized for larger screens.

It would be great to be able to save a gift card to the app rather than print it and bring to the restaurant.

UPDATE: I can now open the app and link to my rewards. All looks great, thanks! (Old review: Ive used this app in he past, but latest version (June 14, 2016) wont open. Cant leave private feedback because it crashes before it even loads. Id like to use it on Fathers Day this Sunday. Any chance it can be fixed and updated this week?)

Great way to keep up with your points. Also I really like the preferred wait list feature.
