Who writes these (terrible) Apps?

I travel. I thought the Cracker Barrel App was the worst out there. The BJs App is 10 times worse! We love eating at BJs. Weve been going to BJs since they first opened. We are addicted to Jeremiah Red. Now there are a lot of BJs to choose from. But can you find the individual Brewhouses on their App? Hell, no! Their App must be designed by the same people as the Cracker Barrel. Surely there cant be more than one incompetent designer.
