This app is awful. I downloaded the app because waitress suggested it to keep track of my rewards. I already had a rewards Id. When I downloaded app it assigned me another id. I emailed support (only way to contact them) to merge my account ids since I already have quite few points. I have received no acknowledgement or resolution even after three emails to them requesting help. Whats the point of a help form if there is no help?! I go to a nearby restaurant location nearly every week which is why I signed up for the rewards, but this experience has put me off enough that Im going to go somewhere else. Customer service is omni-channel. If you cant support an app, then dont do it. Bad customer service in any channel negatively affects business. Its ironic that they created an app in attempt to deepen customer loyalty, but in my case, it has done exactly the opposite through poor execution.
