The ability to submit an order before getting to the restaurant and seeing the options for each menu item is great!

Put my self on wait list today and get to the restaurant they cant find my name. 2 weeks ago it didnt recognize my table so I could mobile pay. Restaurant has a sign "download VIP app" I wonder what happens if you arent a VIP. Whats the point?

I love the food here and the parks online on the app are wonderful

I looked up my account using my rewards number and found my account. I used the email address on my account and the error message says I enter incorrect email address. This is annoying because I cannot utilize the specials unless I show the server the I can redeem on the app! Someone fix it!

This app has several issues, the main one being is that when the app is opened the first time, it goes to a grey screen and it wants me to sign in to continue. The next problem is that bills are not in chronological order: this is annoying when trying to locate a previous bill! I would also like to see lifetime points again. That is more of a "like to have" than an actual necessity. App needs a lot of tweaking to make it more useful.

Today I was met by the friendliest of all friendly bartenders, Billy. She is awesome! She gave me instant suggestions and made me laugh while ordering. I ordered the filet accompanied with tomato and mozzarella yum just like home for me

Loved the convenience of the app and the specials until … Not an Apple fanboy but Apple Pay is both a convenience and a necessity, having my credit card pilfered twice. Second strike was that it was almost an embarrassment but was fortunate I had a backup physical card to use. Third strike, the manager in Orange was either stupid or lacked integrity by pretending it “should be in there,” after the reviews say it disappeared … so she should have known and owned up to it.

Doesnt work and crashes

The app crashed on me twice while placing the mobile order. And after I submitted the order and reached the restaurant, they told us that they never received any order. FAIL

Cant enter a meal eaten from a receipt. Cant update profile for the free dessert. Must show a bar code to waitress/waiter. No nutritional menu.

I downloaded the app and i searched for my account. I updated my password using a link they sent to my email then when i try to log in, it says the email address i used is invalid. How is that even possible when they just sent me an email to reset my password??

Wont let me log in. States my email is invalid, yet can send me advertising. Seems to be a hokey gimmick that if I had paid for, Id be more upset. Just another app to delete and less business at the restaurant from me.

Easy to use, allows you to discount your own check, pay, order and reserve a seat.

Place our order via Dine In Icon We were seated almost right away. Apps and drinks were brought immediately, entree 10 minutes later. Paid using the App. In and out within an hour on Fathers Day no less.

The big problem with this app is there is no menu when you go in to place an order online. Im placing an order for later in the day for pickup, so maybe I need to place my order closer to the time for my pickup. But if that is the case, then the app should tell me that.

Trying to log in to the app but it says my username is invalid so I create a new one with the same email and it says it already exists. Would love to be able to use the app but cant log in for the features that would make it worthwhile.

App is ridiculously slow, tried it on two phones just to make sure.

I payed using Apple Pay for the curbside feature, servers said they didnt receive payment when they clearly took it out of my account! It was an unnecessary rude experience, never going back again !
