Apple Pay has been available off and on since the app came out but has not been available since February 2016.

This app doesnt work! Locks up, and wont even send me reset my password. Start over!!!

Ouch. The app used to work great till the last update ( even ApplePay had come back), and now I cant even sign in anymore. The big problem for me being that someone made the unfortunate decision to not allow the Paste function to work in the password field anymore. I have long, random passwords that I store in a password manager that I need to copy out and paste in. Bring back Paste, please!

I dont know why this app has terrible reviews. I just downloaded it and ordered and everything went as smooth as butter. The only problem is that I might be ordering far more often now and my wallet might cry as a result.

Things change at a moments notice in the app.... Apple pay no longer available even though it worked perfectly there last two times. Now its only credit card or PayPal.... Get it together. Since last update the app is slower than anything on the iPhone. Pizza slice spinner just spins and spins and doesnt let you back out. Im out.

Impossible to order. Always logs out of account. Get it together.

I enjoy eating at your restaurant and have bragged about being able to pay from my phone using Apple Pay. For some reason you decided Apple Pay was no longer needed and removed it. Please bring back Apple Pay. It was a 4-5 star app before you screwed it up.

Todays release is a HUGE improvement. It runs fast and hasnt crashed. Glad they listened to our advice. I ordered for dine in and everything worked perfect. The Peach beer was fruity but good. We paid with the app using Apple Pay. Great going BJs!!!

Still no excuse for dropping Apple Pay. Still vastly slower than when the app was new. Prepare to fall asleep staring at a pizza icon while waiting for anything to happen. Getting a check is faster than trying to use the app. The only saving grace is rewards sign-in with table number.

I will admit, I love to use this app to check-in for rewards, coupons & to use mobile pay. Yesterday when trying to use the app it took forever to load as I kept waiting for the pizza slices to "deliver". After holding then restarting the app, I got to mobile pay only to not find the Apple Pay payment option. A no-go. One of the main reasons I use the app is so I dont have to give anyone my card and have control over payment. Please bring it back. I resorted to PayPal. Thanks.

Tried to use app to pay yesterday. There was no bill available. Discovered that app is linked to a member number weve never used. There is no obvious way to change the number, and app help was no help. Help, please?!

Mobile pay, order ahead, sign into waitlist, group ordering, what is this 2023? Love the app.

Ok its April 2016 there shouldnt be a single app now that doesnt support the bigger screens of the 6/6+; 6S/6S+ its ridiculous fix it BJs! Also I cant login to my account or reset my password since the new update.

Apple Pay is back, so upping my review. The pizza wait cursor is annoying and stalls the app for way too long when you first open it (deducting one star for that). Other than that, its a very good app. I wish other restaurants apps were a good.

We started going to BJs more often because of the app, rewards, and how easy it is to get on the wait list!! We love it! There are delays at times, but overall love the app. Usually pre-order and pay for dine in with the app!!
