Ive gotten the app to work a few times, but it usually has issues. Right now, Im sitting at BJs and cant log in b/c its timing out (last action interrupted). The app has been buggy and unusable a lot more than its worked correctly in the past year or 2 Ive been using it. If youre going to make an app that could do all these great things, you might want to make sure it works. Any of it.

I used the preferred waiting list and they still made me wait 30 minutes they wanted to scan my bar code for rewards and it would not work at all and the app is extremely slow and randomly signs me out multiple times /: no point in downloading only good thing was ordering take out easy but other than that no worth it.

Its written for the iphone so you can not create an account on the IPAD screen. It does not allow you to scroll down to the Create Account section. In these times, if the developer does not know that the app should be IOS compliant for all devices then its time to move to a new app developer because there is a good chance that other gaps exist that will ruin the customer experience..................

This app is awful. I downloaded the app because waitress suggested it to keep track of my rewards. I already had a rewards Id. When I downloaded app it assigned me another id. I emailed support (only way to contact them) to merge my account ids since I already have quite few points. I have received no acknowledgement or resolution even after three emails to them requesting help. Whats the point of a help form if there is no help?! I go to a nearby restaurant location nearly every week which is why I signed up for the rewards, but this experience has put me off enough that Im going to go somewhere else. Customer service is omni-channel. If you cant support an app, then dont do it. Bad customer service in any channel negatively affects business. Its ironic that they created an app in attempt to deepen customer loyalty, but in my case, it has done exactly the opposite through poor execution.

Placed the order easily. However the online orders confuse the store and they made the food wrong. Sitting and waiting for it to be remade now.

I have no problems with this app. My employer is right down the street from a BJs Brewhouse and I often order lunch for the app and do the curbside pick up. I have also used the app to do call ahead seating and call ahead ordering. Ive never had a problem with anything. Love all the discounts that I receive, too.

Apple Pay was removed with this update

I used this app and loved it for convenience, but after last update, there is no Apple Pay option. I was forced to enter my credit card number. Bring back Apple Pay to the app.

I used to love this app. But we just went to BJs and now I had to enter a CC# when I wanted use mobile pay at the table. Thats stupid. The whole point of ApplePay is to not have to share your CC#! Bring back ApplePay!!

Why would you remove this??? Please add APPLE PAY back!

This app has never been great. But at least the payment process was quick and easy with Pay. That is no longer the case. I have no reason to use this app until Pay returns.

The preferred waitlist option is a joke. It will tell you there is a 10-15 min wait and when you arrive they tell you its 45min. Whats the point of using it if its not at all accurate?!?

This app worked fine for me up until the last update. Now, the update wont download properly no matter how many times I try. When it did work, I could see my points and when new dishes became available.

First, the app continuously logs you out of your account. Then once you login itll randomly expire your session or become unusable. The waitlist feature said 35 minutes when we left the house, it took 15-20 minutes to get here and now its saying 50 minutes and weve been waiting at least that long. We thought ordering ahead would help but you cant even find a side order of mashed potatoes for our kid in the app which I know is on the store menu. Also in there was no way to apply the offer for $10 off a $35 order when you checked out so that was a waste of time. App was a bust and slow I would stare at the pizza loading icon for a minute on the main screen.

App doesnt work with new update. Please fix. I use it often.

The last update has made the app slow and glitchy. I cannot sign in and the app will not load!

This app used to work flawlessly. Now it is plagued with bugs. It has potential to be a 5 star app but they need to fix the following issues: -App load times in between selections are terrible. -Support Apple Pay all the time. Sometimes you can pay with Apple Pay and other times you cannot. This needs to be fixed ASAP. -Login password section needs to allow pasting passwords in. -Wouldnt allow me to access mobile pay on my last visit. I kept getting an error message.

Horrible app. Cant login. Slow and freezes up.

Dont waste your time on this app. Just about everything you try and do will cause the app to freeze. Even when it works, it is incredibly slow.

The app keeps closing and wouldnt take my password. It worked great before the new update. When it finally took my password it would keep freezing then kick me back out.
