I love this app.

The app is great!!! I go to BJs every week for lunch with my coworkers-- the app helps us get in and out and I get points when I go! The app makes ordering and paying extremely easy! Love BJs and the app!

Worked fine

Love the app, love the food, love the service! The app is very convenient! Aside from several other great benefits, I like how it allows me to pull up my bill in real time and review what I have ordered! I also like the option to pay with my phone through the app, especially when I am in a hurry or have to run an errand I could just pay and all the sever does is bring your bill receipt!

Ordering is not terrible. The issue is trying to pay trying to apply rewards. Between the app, online and actually calling the store, It has taken me one hour to place an order. after all that time I still cant pay ahead. Thats a really issue with somebody else picking it up. Get it together BJs!

Can never log in cause it says my email is incorrect do a search for my account and it puts my email in for username and still it doesnt exist. Fix the issue and maybe people could use the app

App FOUND my login...I changed my password and still cant login. I cant use my discount offers without logging in!! Please fix this app or stop sending me offers!!

We put our party of 3 on the preferred wait list which stated a 15-30 minute wait. Got to the restaurant 15 minutes later and was told our wait would be 60+ minutes. When I pointed out the app wait time on my phone, they said they were aware of a "glitch" between the reported app wait time and REAL wait time. Really? It would be nice if you let your customers know that. Lots of other places to pick from that arent tricking you.

App needs a lot of work. Avoid it and just call to save yourself the time.

More bugs than things that work. We order from this place all the time and their website isnt great. Subway has a great app, so I wanted to try the BJs app... Ill go back to the very curious website. Dont turn the bugs around guys. Just throw it away and start from scratch

What a terrible app. I love the restaurant but this app makes me hate it. You are losing business because of this app. Im going to a different restaurant tonight because of this poor excuse for an app.

When creating your account for the first time inside the app, there is a bug on your birth date. You have to select the year first on the right then select the date and month. Last time I checked we read left to right. Perhaps the verification of date should be validated after the user clicks done... Another bug, the order in link is connected to the wait list link. Im sure all of this can be corrected with an update. The pay by app is a cool feature!

While waiting at the drs my kids were starving so we ordered ahead using the app to save time. I get the email with a list of everything we ordered, it was correct. We get to BJs and check in, we were on the waiting list. We take our seats and they bring out our drinks. After waiting a bit they brought out three plates then my pizza and set it in the middle of the table. The waitress comes by and asks how the meal is and I note that we are still waiting for the kids two pizzas. She tells me that is all that was on the order. I point to the print out on the table showing everything. She went and got the manager, he had no idea what had happened. He had the printout from the front and was comparing it the printout the kitchen got. Half of what we ordered was missing. Of course he apologized and had my kids pizza made but it took a long time and since both of my kids need gluten free pizzas they couldnt eat any of mine. The deserts were not exactly what I had ordered either. The system behind this app has major problems. I see now from other reviews others are having problems as well. Use the app to get on the waiting list and see how long the wait is, dont order anything with it.

I travel. I thought the Cracker Barrel App was the worst out there. The BJs App is 10 times worse! We love eating at BJs. Weve been going to BJs since they first opened. We are addicted to Jeremiah Red. Now there are a lot of BJs to choose from. But can you find the individual Brewhouses on their App? Hell, no! Their App must be designed by the same people as the Cracker Barrel. Surely there cant be more than one incompetent designer. They must be loosing a LOT of business!

We gave this a try today based on an email we received from BJs on the new app and a special promotion. We were a group of 10. According to the app, you order (as a group) and you set a time for when your food should be ready. Great! So we get to the restaurant and they make us wait 25 minutes prior to seating us. I approached the host and asked what exactly the point was to have an app that did not function and sync with their order system? Furthermore, she states that the food doesnt get cooked until you get seated. Asinine process and completely counterintuitive. Defeats the purpose of ordering before arriving. Assuming you are on a lunch break, this just doesnt work out. The concept is great, but, from concept to table - terrible! Save yourself the hassle. What we planned to be a 1 hour meal suddenly turned into the same 2 hour meal as if we didnt use the app! Avoid BJs app!

I placed my order through the app and I would not allow me to pay for it through the app, tried multiple cards but failed to take payment. I called the restaurant and the manager said theres nothing he can do. This not the first time I have issues with the Chino hills location, they always forget certain items on my order.

Worked better than I expected. Saved us having to wait for the waitress to take our card, etc.... We also saved 20% at lunch using the app.

Why would you have an app that says you get "call ahead seating" but when you show up you are at the bottom of the list? Wait times on this app are never accurate and it might say 15 minutes but you show up and the wait is an hour. Dont download this - it is worthless!

None of the functions work. Tried to use mobile pay and they couldnt even figure out how to get it to work. Dont waste your time downloading it.
